DEC Superscan 3 Webinar Feedback

Here's some of the great feedback we've been getting from our Superscan 3 webinars:

"Awsome Andrew! I'm very pleased at the "learn from office" idea! Thanks for the support from yourself and the team."

Iain Graham, Mid Lothian

"Hi Andrew,

I think you’ve already gathered that I find these events very useful and informative. I’m still missing the hands on experience I would like, but having got other things out of the way, I should be able to spend more time investigating the superb functions of this amazing tool for myself. I’ve got the basics, and am aware of many of the functions, but trying to remember them all is a tall order. But repetition helps an ageing brain, so I’ll be there again as often as possible for a while yet! Having said that, I’m sufficiently well versed to answer most questions, and to surprise and seriously interest the potential clients I speak to. Things can only get better.

Thanks again for the superb presentation: barely a stutter in a well-polished act. Well done!"

David, Autotechnique, France

"Hello Andrew,

I looked in on the Webinar last night.  I have to say I have never seen a company put themselves out as much as Maverick have these past few months.  I must admit it's not the first tool I go for, but many of my techs use nothing else and swear by it. It's good to see the developement of DEC is on going and may it continue. It's a credit to you all."

Re : SS3 Webinar Thank you

Re : SS3 Webinar
Thank you Andrew, every week I learn more. Your time spent is greatly appreciated. Iain

Dear Andrew   May I

Dear Andrew
May I congratulate you and your teams on both sides of the Atlantic for the fantastic job you have done with Superscan, I was sad to see the flak you ran into on your return from the exhibition in Germany but I think even at that early stage it was clear to see what a tremendous leap forward the ASM-X  software is going to be and people were panicking that SS2 would be obsolete, thankfully as you have made very clear this is not the case.

I must say how much I enjoyed your “webinar” recently, (the one where you over ran and your wife `phoned to see where you were, priceless!) by the way is it a once only invitation or can we join in again as I have just received an e-mail inviting me to log in for another, which I would be pleased to do as I`m sure I will have missed something first time around.

Please bear with us techs if we ask for something to be added or modified in the software which appears to be daft or impossible but that’s what we are, techs not software writers but I can assure you that no criticism  is intended, just a common desire to improve what is going to be a truly amazing diagnostic tool, for what it`s worth I think that the team at Autologic will be keeping a very close eye on you in the future!

I will be 64 at the end of the year and obviously looking towards retirement after a lifetime in the motor trade, but SS3 is making me take a new look at things as the “Global family “ of SS3 users is a fascinating  concept and one I would like to be part of
so I may have to rethink my plans!!  I feel very envious of my younger colleagues having this tremendous diagnostic platform to work from.

Is there any chance of a DVD training course based on your day course at Maverick HQ ?  I mean, it`s not as if you have much else to do is it!!

Kind regards and my very best wishes to you all for the future
Roger Jordan   Loverings Garage Combe Martin North Devon ( a very satisfied Superscan user.)

Evening Andrew, Many thanks

Evening Andrew,
Many thanks for the seminar this evening. It has pointed out a couple of tricks I have not found yet.
Thanks for taking the time out to do it. Hopefully your wifey didn't feed your dinner to the dog/cat/goldfish:-) You can blame the people trying to set up international buying accounts for slowing the job down, lol
Take care, Shane
