 The DiGas 440 is a portable petrol emission tester that can operate on 12 volts or 240 volts.  It is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 gas options as well RPM & oil temp measurement options.  Accurate to MOT test standards but not approved for MOT testing.

The AVL DiGas 440 mobile gas analyser for 4 gases (CO,CO2,HC and 02), Lambda or 5 gases (including NOx).

The analyser is also available with rpm and oil temperature to operate as a stand-alone analyser or to complement the AVL DiScope 990 PC/Laptop based measuring and diagnostic system. 

The DIGAS 440, measuring 270 x 340 x 85mm and weighing only 4.2 kg can be powered from the cigarette lighter socket or from the mains.

With only four function keys to operate and with the integrated user help program, its' operation is simple even under harsh conditions. The illuminated display provides easy, clear readings. The unit takes an average of only 4 minutes to warm up.

For documentation purposes or as a confirmation for quality testing the measured results can be printed utilising an external printer connected to the integrated RS232 port. The data can also be displayed on a monitor or laptop.

Gas calibration is simple and maintenance requirements are minimal.
