Without doubt, the must have for anyone who works with modern cars.  Costing around 2 pounds a day i really cannot see why garage thinks this is expensive and opts to buy a 30 quid 4 year out of date version?????
 
With todays complex vehicles and diagnostic tools Autodata goes hand in hand to give the most comprehensive knowledge on cars available to the independant workshop.  From Diagnostic trouble code meanings, engine management pin data, timing belts, wiring diagrams its hard to see how anyone could work, indeed live without it.  Some have told me that the reason  of it timing out and so being subscription based was putting them off purchasing it, but instead it is updated regulary and all the time more modern vehicles are added, much like having a vehicle on lease.
