Does Bavarian Technic work on my BMW? Please READ THIS

Bavarian Technic BMW Enthusiast II has all the same functionality as the Pro version but can only be used on the first 3 vehicles it is connected to (ie locks in the chassis number of the first 3 vehicles tested).  The kit is supplied with a 16 pin OBDII cable that connects to your laptop via USB.  The Enthusiast II kit also has the earlier round 20 pin adapter (ie for pre-OBDII vehicles).

This is a superb new Windows based diagnostic tool that delivers the most cost effective and advanced BMW/Mini coverage available today. Connection is via USB then directly into the vehicles diagnostic socket. You can quickly gain in-depth diagnostic information including DTC read/erase, Live Data, Actuation test and Programming on a wide range of models and ecus.

The system records the chassis number of the first 3 vehicles tested, and locks the tester to these vehicles only.

NB: Coding/Programming functionality that is in the Professional version is not available in the Enthusiast I or II
